You may do a one-time 1-to-1 exchange for your product (please see exceptions below) within 14 days of purchase in original, unworn condition with packaging and tags intact.

  • Email us at sales.shoppurl@gmail.com with your name and order number, and which items you would like to exchange for.
  • Shop Purl reserves the rights to reject any exchange request if it does not comply with our exchange policy.
Earrings, Sale Items and Bespoke Jewelry are not eligible for exchange.

Returns

We accept returns (please see exceptions below) within 7 days of purchase or upon receiving your orders for a cash refund via the original mode of payment.

We accept returns (please see exceptions below) within 14 days of purchase or upon receiving your orders for refund(s) via store credit(s).

Store credit(s) will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Returns must be made at the original store of purchase within the above stipulated time frame.

  • To be eligible for a return store credit, email us at sales.shoppurl@gmail.com to enquire about eligibility.
  • Send your items back to us within 14 days for local orders.
  • Items must be in original, unworn condition with packaging and tags still intact.
  • All items must be shipped back to us in the original box to avoid damaging the jewelry. Any returns with damage will not be refunded.
  • Sale items cannot be returned.
  • Shop Purl reserves the rights to reject any returns request if it does not comply with our returns policy.
Permanent Jewelry, Earrings, Home Goods, Sale Items and Bespoke Jewelry are not eligible for returns.

What if my product is damaged?

Don't worry, we've got you! If you've received a damaged or incorrect item, send us an email at sales.shoppurl@gmail.com with a clear photo of the defect or the wrong item you received, along with your name and order number.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once we have received the package, it takes up to 5 business days to process your return and issue a refund. An email update will be sent once we process your return and refund back to your original method of payment. It can take up to 3-7 business days for refunds to appear on your bank statement.
